The BioGRID's curated set of Coronavirus-related data have been updated to include interactions from 143 publications and preliminary reports. These additions bring our total number of Coronavirus-related interactions to 3,429 including 2,177 interactions from 45 publications and preliminary reports for SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). The latest update of BioGRID (build 3.5.186) adds 52,000+ new human two-hybrid interactions from the study "A reference map of the human binary protein interactome" by Luck K et al (Nature, April 2023). This human reference interactome (HuRI) contains high throughput protein interactions that may be integrated with genome, transcriptome and proteome data in order to study the function of proteins within different physiological and pathological cellular contexts. The data for this publication can also be accessed and downloaded online at the The Human Reference Protein Interactome Mapping Project.

BioGRID update 3.5.185 includes a comprehensive update to our Schizosaccharomyces pombe dataset in partnership with The Scientific Resource for Fission Yeast (PomBase). This update incorporates more than 900 new interactions. Moreover, this increases the total number of Schizosaccharomyces pombe interactions deposited in BioGRID to 79,863 from 2,874 publications. These interactions and all associated meta data are available immediately online via all standard BioGRID searches and bluelight翻墙. You can also find these and many additional fission yeast resources available at http://www.pombase.org.
